I'm also the founder and chef of Teo's Pizza, a popup food business based in SE London, focused on seasonality and sustainability. I host pizza/focaccia sandwich pop-ups every couple of months and produce Nduja-ish (vegan 'nduja), which is sold in local delis and on DELLI.
